China Visa Service

1. Copy of old and new Passports, valid for at least six months with a minimum two blank pages including all old passport.

2. Application Form.

3. Two recent colour photographs, not older than 6 months, size 33x48mm in colour with white background, matt finish and face should cover 80% of the photo area.

4. Covering Letter from the Applicant Addressed to the Visa Officer stating the Applicant's Name, Passport Details, date of travel, purpose of travel.

5. Leave letter from the employer.

6. Self-employed applicants to submit proof of business i.e. firm's registration or partnership deed.

7. Last six-month bank statements with stamp and signature on it (minimum balance 1.6 lac per person).

8. Last 3 months' salary slips

9. In case of sponsor: Proof of sponsorship and a letter from the sponsor as well as copy of the sponsors photo ID (e.g. passport, Aadhaar card or driver’s license, expenses, financial document).

10. Confirmed air tickets, hotel voucher and day to day Itinerary.

11. Travel insurance
 

If Business :

1. Covering Letter from company to the Visa Officer stating the Applicant's Name, Passport Details, date of travel, purpose of travel.

2. The invitation letter from Chinese company should contain Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.).

- Information on the planned visit (arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, etc.) - Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual).

6. Photocopy of previous Chinese passports or previous Chinese visas (applicable to those who were Chinese citizens and have obtained foreign citizenship).
