Iceland Visa Service

1. Online visa application form (RER) - signed by both parents, in the case of minors.

2. Two recent photos in the size of 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm with a white/light background.

3. Original passport valid for at least six months with a minimum of 2 blank pages. The passport should be issued less than 10 years ago.

4. Two photocopies of the passport front and back and all valid US, U.K., and previous Schengen visas if any.

5. Covering letter signed by the applicant. For self-employed/business, the letter will be on the company's letterhead.

6. NOC / Leave letter from the company.

7. Confirmed hotel voucher and day-wise Itinerary.

8. Return flight tickets.

9. Income Tax Returns for the last three years.

10. Last six-month bank statements with stamp and signature on it.

11. Last 3 months' salary slips.

12. Travel insurance - medical coverage minimum of Euro 30,000.

13. For minors traveling alone, the visa application must include an authorization from both his/her parents to travel alone. The authorization has to be certified by an entitled Indian authority and enclose a copy of the parent's identity.

- If the minor is traveling with an adult other than his/her parents, this adult has to be legally authorized by the minor's parents to accompany him/her and take any measure that be needed in case of illness, accident, etc.

- If the minor is accompanied by only one of his/her parents, the other one should give his/her legal authorization to let her/his child travel with his/her spouse.
 

For Business Purpose, Additional Documents:

1. A Covering letter from the company with an introduction stating the purpose of the visit, passport details, and travel date, signed by the competent authority.

2. Certificate of registration of the company and GST registration.

3. Company Income Tax Return for the last three years.

4. Invitation letter from Inviting Company with details like travel date, passport number, designation, and purpose on foreign companies letterhead and must be addressed to the embassy.
