Korea Visa Service

1. Application form to be filled and signed by the applicant.

2. Two recent photos in the size of 2x2 inch with 70% face, white background.

3. Original passport valid for at least six months with minimum 2 blank pages. The passport should be issued less than 10 years ago. Previous passport (if applicable).

4. Covering letter in original signed by the applicant with travel purpose, date of travel, passport details. For self-employed/business, letter will be on company's letterhead.

5. Confirm hotel voucher.

6. Day to day schedule as per itinerary.

7. Return airline tickets and confirmed travel booking.

8. IT returns for last three years and Last 3 months' salary slips.

9. Leave letter/Noc from company.

10. Last six-month bank statements with stamp and signature on it.

11. Proof of relationship and expenses if the applicant is accompanied by dependent.

If Business :

12. Covering letter in original signed by the company with purpose of travel, passport, designation, travel period. For self-employed/business, letter will be on company's letterhead.

13. Invitation letter from the inviting company letterhead with travel date, passport number, designation.

14. Letter of Guarantee, from the inviting company / organization is bearing the expenses.

7. A certified copy of the incorporation registers or an overview of company / organization.

- If the applicant is owner of company, proof of ownership.

Additional information:

Jurisdiction for applicants for below states, passport issued outside state must provide Residence proof such as rental agreement, lease agreement, sales Deed Gas connection bills, Aadhaar card, Electricity bills etc. in addition to above mentioned document.

In some cases, applicants may be asked to submit extra documents, in addition to the documents indicated above. In case the applicant does not submit them, Visa cannot be processed any further.
