1. Online visa application form (RER) - signed by both parents, in the case of minors.

2. Two recent photos in the size of 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm with white/light background.

3. Original passport valid for at least six months with minimum 2 blank pages. The passport should be issued less than 10 years ago.

4. Two photocopies of passport front and back and all valid US, U.K. and previous Schengen visas if any.

5. Covering letter signed by the applicant. For self-employed/business, letter will be on company's letterhead.

6. NOC / Leave letter from the company.

7. Confirmed hotel voucher and day wise Itinerary.

8. Return flight tickets.

9. Income Tax Returns for last three years.

10. Last six-month bank statements with stamp and signature on it.

11. Last 3 months' salary slips.

12. Travel insurance - medical coverage minimum Euro 30,000.

13. For minor travelling alone, the visa application must include an authorization from both his/her parents to travel alone. The authorization has to be certified by an entitled Indian authority and enclose copy of the parents' identity.

- If the minor is travelling with an adult other than his/her parents, this adult has to be legally authorized by the minor's parents to accompany him/her and take any measure that be needed in case of illness, accident, etc.

- If the minor is accompanied by only one of his/her parents, the other one should give his/her legal authorization to let her/his child travelling with his/her spouse.

For Business Purpose, Additional Documents:

1. Covering letter from company with introduction stating purpose of visit, passport details, travel date, signed by competent authority.

2. Certificate of registration of the company and GST registration.

3. Company Income Tax Return for last three years.

4. Invitation letter from Inviting Company with details like travel date, passport number, designation and purpose on foreign companies letterhead and must be addressed to embassy.
